AML DOCUMENT TEMPLATES

If you are setting up your AML compliance systems for the first time, we can provide you with a set of template documents that include:

- A Policy & Procedures Manual,
- A Firm-wide Risk Assessment,
- Other compliance forms, and
- Implementation instructions.
They will need to be edited to reflect your particular practice circumstances. The price for this compliance pack plus your first year's update subscription is £360 plus VAT
Keep your documents up-to-date: our service includes a subscription to our documents update service and will ensure that your documents are compliant with current regulations. The ongoing cost after your first year's subscription is an annual renewal of £110 plus VAT.
VIRTUAL AML SYSTEMS REVIEW
We can provide support in a virtual environment. This would involve a review of your existing Policy & Procedure manual, firm-wide risk assessment and other compliance forms. If necessary we can provide draft documents.
David will then set up two 30-minute Zoom calls. The first to review draft documents and the second to discuss his findings and refine any changes required.
As every practice presents a range of unique circumstances we will quote a fixed fee based on the level of support required. This will be agreed in advance by exchange of a contract letter before any formal work is undertaken.
ON-SITE SUPPORT
For larger practices, David Winch can attend your offices or other venue to deliver a face-to-face group training/update for partner/directors, your MLRO and staff.
Alternatively, for any practice facing a regulatory body visit, or who have received a adverse report on their AML compliance that needs to be corrected, David can attend your premises for a day to advise on remedial actions to be taken.

LOW-COST, EFFECTIVE STAFF TRAINING
We have collaborated with PTP Interactive to produce an affordable, low-cost training solution for practitioners that need to train staff and then keep them updated regarding subsequent changes in legislation.
