Our approach is practical rather than theoretical. We help firms understand what is required, identify weaknesses in existing arrangements and deal with difficult AML situations in a proportionate and properly documented way.

Regulatory Staff Training

Practical AML training helps staff understand both the firm's procedures and their individual responsibilities. Online training is available in collaboration with PTP Interactive and CPDStore. We can also provide bespoke virtual or in-house training for larger firms.

AML Systems Review & Independent Evaluation

An independent review of your firm's AML arrangements, including policies, controls and procedures, firm-wide risk assessment and selected client files. Where appropriate, the review can assist the firm in meeting the requirements under Regulation 21.

MLRO Support Subscription

Ongoing access to experienced AML support when you need it. Subscribers receive one second opinion of up to one hour each month, regular AML updates and preferential terms for specified additional MLRO Support services.

Professional Second Opinions

A confidential, independent opinion on difficult reporting decisions and other complex AML or POCA situations. David considers an anonymised summary of the circumstances and provides a written professional opinion to assist you in reaching and documenting your own decision.
